We don't leave the room while you get undressed nor do we offer robes or towels because it saves us time. We can get our sticks prepped, check that the wax is the proper temperature and ensure we have everything we need. It also saves us time on laundry. Most people are only in the room for 15 - 20 minutes, if that. It makes very little sense for us to offer you a robe or towel for such a short period of time, especially since as soon as you touch it we have to wash it. We don't have time or the extra man power to be doing laundry all day, every day. We've also been told that we should allow more time for appointments. We like to make the best use of our time and get as many people as we can in for their hair removal needs. It also reduces the amount of time you're in pain, so that's a bonus. If you ask to have extra services added, we will do our best to get them in, but we will have to work faster. I'm not saying don't ask, I'm just saying don't be surprised when we go into superhuman mode. We are a busy salon, so what may seem rushed to you is just our typical day. While you're getting waxed, your aesthetician's next appointment is likely already here, and we want to make sure everyone gets in when they're scheduled. On the flip side, while we may be fast, asking us to squeeze in your legs or arms is not always possible. Call us the morning before for a better chance at squeezing those in. Finally, we've been told our cancellation policy is a bit harsh. Many spas have similar policies for cancellations of missed appointments. We are a very busy location, so when an appointment is cancelled the same day or missed altogether it's important to remember that we've probably turned away at least 5 people asking for that time. We apply to same cancellation policy to appointments that are booked but the services are not completed. For example, only doing brows when you booked a brazilian + brow. Brows book for 5 minutes, but brazilian + brow books for 20 minutes. If you're booking a time slot, be prepared to pay ...
