Established in 2009. Bare Bones Boxing offers 3 FREE classes so people ages 10 to 100 can try our cardio boxing classes. Every class is one hour long and it is instructor lead. From beginners to seasoned boxers, our classes have great members that help and encourage each other for a more productive workout, while having fun! Wraps and gloves are provided. Bare Bones Boxing was start in August of 2009. We started this gym so we could continue getting a great workout after another gym had to close. We adopted an amateur team and we have Pro's that train here.
