With business expanding over decades, the limitations of the historic district could no longer meet the demands of Bardach Awards and its customers across the nation. Consequently, in 2008, the family moved their operations to the northwest side of the city. Under the guidance of company president Diane Bardach-Orr, Bardach Awards, Inc. is a Women’s Business Enterprise. Playing a crucial role in the business is her brother, Steve Bardach, along with a team of associates boasting an average of 12 years of experience.
