The company's offices are loacted in Palm Harbor, Florida and Phoenix, Arizona; the principals, David Coia, Daniel Vietto, and Scott Archer, formed Barclay Group in 1990. Since its inception, the firm has developed over nine million square feet of real estate and expanded into multiple states throughout the Sun Belt region of the country.
