Taïm was founded in 2005 by Chef Einat Admony and her husband Stéfan Nafziger. She made a falafel recipe that bested the best in Tel Aviv. But she didn’t stop there. Einat extended her passion and skill to every mezze, salad, and smoothie on the menu.
