Founded on this inspiration, the present company began in 1969 in none other than Pasadena, CA where we introduced the world’s first flavored cappuccino - Caffe D’Amore ® Original Mocha- better known as the “Coffee of Love.” Our corporate headquarters and distribution center is now based in Monrovia, California which houses a state-of-the-art production facility, training center, full shipping department and knowledgeable service and sales staff to assist each and every customer. For over four decades, Caffe D’Amore has maintained a reputation for innovation, quality and leadership in the specialty gourmet industry. Our distinguished products are distributed around the globe. The Caffe D’Amore database includes customers in over 50 countries worldwide, including specialty retailers, foodservice institutions, 5-star hotels, universities and renowned theme parks. In addition, Caffe D'Amore has custom crafted special products for national and international accounts worldwide, and continues to maintain the highest relationship with nationally recognized stores and vendors. VN Coffee Tea Service Trading corporation (The Coffee House) started in 2014 with the 1st store in Cao Thang and have a total of over 100 stores across Viet Nam (as of 8/2018, included The Coffee House and Ten Ren). We are opening 1 - 2 stores every week and plan to keep this outrageous growth rate for a few more years. We strike to make the difference in Vietnam in terms of product excellence and service quality. Currently, we have over 2,500 teammates serve 20,000 visitors per day with our core purpose and reason for being is deliver happiness to people. It stands for “connecting with other people”. We believe happiness is in the hands of everyone, by the same way we could. Thus, we encourage our staff by delivering every inspiration, encouragement, human touch and positive working environment. Caff Baci is proud to be a Chicago native. For the last 22 years, since our inception, we have been pursuing the hearts of our customers through really good, Italian food. All of our recipes are straight out of momma's scrappy looking cook book. We know Chicagoans are a discerning group, so we have developed a menu that earns the favor of our people. Chicago is our people. Freshly baked bread from scratch every day arrives at our stores early in the morning so we can assemble the best sandwiches we can. Cured meats imported from Italy have been critically chosen and matched with cheeses that are sourced from native farms. Coffee beans by Caff Umbria are roasted and flown in from the U.S.'s coffee central, Seattle, with ties to a long standing familial tradition that perfectly suits our desire to serve something really special.
