Chef Max MacKissock offers a diverse menu of wood-fired pizzas, house-made pastas, and inventive small plates that pair perfectly with our Italian-inspired cocktails, craft beers, and Old World wines. Bar Dough Was estabished in 2015 by partner and Executive Chef Max Mackissock and restaurateurs Katie and Juan Padro the team behind Tap and Burger Concepts.
