Băo academy is a training and coaching center aimed at the world of work, workers and employers alike. We are part of the Cohezio group, a group that monitors well-being at work in a comprehensive and global way throughout Belgium. We offer different approaches in order to meet the needs of clients and participants: short courses, multi-day trajectories, individual coaching, teams and/or between peers, conferences, awareness raising, face-to-face, virtual, blended learning, …. We covers many topics such as: psycho-social aspects, ergonomics, industrial hygiene, leadership, fire prevention, health, first aid, safety. Our team of trainers and coach trainers is made up of doctors, nurses, dieticians, psychologists, first aid specialists, coaches, TECH Security and psychosocial prevention advisors, engineers, etc. Our mission is to provide organizations with solutions/keys that contribute to building/developing the well-being of their employees in a sustainable, real and in-depth way.
