Phoenix Stamping Group, LLC is a dynamic Atlanta-based company with additional facilities in Fort Wayne, IN and Fort Worth, TX. We have focused on the production of sheet metal and rod products for various industries since 1986. Through quality and service, our customer base has grown to cover all parts of North America including Canada and Mexico. MMP is a long term supplier to this industry. And we meet their varied needs. Whether just raw castings, heat treated, finished, or all three, MMP is trusted when the pressure is on. But that's not all. We converted some welded parts, or 'weldments', to full featured castings. This saved our clients time, parts inventory, and labor. And the castings are more durable and last longer!

At Metal Forming Inc., we take great pride in our reputation as a high-value supplier of quality aircraft components specializing in the forming and machining of sheet metal, both aluminum and exotics. Our forming shop consists of two large-capacity hydropresses with the largest containing a 5 X 12 capacity. We have three Cincinnati Hydroforms for deep draw work as well as blanking presses, punch presses and a double acting press. Our machining department is highlighted by three Fadal vertical machining centers. The two larger Fadals laser certified for tight tolerance GDT parts. We utilize these mills for everything from tool fabrication to trimming and machining of parts to ATA production. The images above are examples of some of the parts and tools we have manufactured. All required tooling, component parts and assembly were completed in house. Our CNC production area and CMM inspection room are both contained in temperature-controlled environments.
