Our founder, William F. Banham was inspired to create the world's first automatic door bolt to protect his own family, and their London dress shop. 100 years on, and we’re still a family business first, now run by the third and fourth generations in London’s Earlsfield. Our industry leading products have been celebrated with awards for innovation, and we’re proud to champion British manufacturing using the best materials, time-honoured techniques, and master craftspeople. We’re committed to nurturing talent within our team, many of whom have grown with us over decades, and to training the next generation of security experts at our Banham Academy.
