BALTORO GROWTH FUND Baltoro Growth Fund is focused mainly on growth equity investments in middle market companies in Pakistan. The Fund seeks to capitalize on high growth opportunities in one of the last remaining frontiers for private equity investment. The Fund’s current portfolio includes investment in a leading pharmaceutical company (which recently went public through a listing on Pakistan Stock Exchange), the largest wind power platform in Pakistan, and the largest Asset Management in Pakistan. With a current pipeline featuring compelling investment opportunities in healthcare, retail, fast-moving consumer goods, transport & logistics and telecom sectors, the Fund is well positioned for future capital deployment. BALTORO CAPITAL Baltoro Growth Fund is the first fund introduced by the fund manager Baltoro Capital. Baltoro Capital’s key partners have worked together for several years in a variety of capacities and formed the Manager in 2015 to capitalize on the growth opportunities in Pakistan. The Manager is supported by 11 full-time professionals, including 8 investment professionals located in Islamabad and Lahore. In addition, Baltoro Capital's principals have deep-rooted ties into key decision makers across the private and public sector of Pakistan. As of date, the principals of Baltoro Capital have closed on more than a dozen deals in the agribusiness, health, retail, and energy spaces in Pakistan.
