Balmain Health Club was founded in 2012 by Personal Trainer, Jerome Samaha, who's vision was to create a fun, friendly, non intimidating environment where people could drastically improve their lives through a healthier lifestyle. Jerome's philosophy of training is based on the key elements of Intensity, Variety, Flexibility/Mobility, Functional Movement, Nutrition and Rest. After 10+ years of Personal Training, we found that the best way to get real results through training is by providing expert coaching on exercise technique, constant motivation and support as well as the tools to live a healthy lifestyle outside the gym. To achieve these results, we offer and specialise in: One on One Personal Training and small group classes which are designed to be as close to a PT session as you can get. Don't go getting lost in big gyms doing endless boring cardio routines and come to a place where you are guaranteed a fun and effective personal workout every time. If you have even gone to a gym before and been left by yourself, wandered around aimlessly and only got an average workout then we are for you!
