The American Golf Foundation (AGF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the game of golf and its ideals through charity, education and community service. The cornerstone supporting AGF’s mission is the dedicated, caring team of volunteer AGF Ambassadors who are mobilized at host golf courses. Ambassadors contribute their time, passion and energy to helping educate golfers about the game; raising funds for worthy local and national charitable causes; and supporting programs that provide people of all ages and backgrounds with the opportunity to learn, play and enjoy the game of golf.

The Stow Community Chest has been working for 30 years to raise money to support a variety of health programs, social service agencies, and community programs that benefit our town. As Stow has grown and changed, the Stow Community Chest has continued to meet the changing needs of our community. Today, we are an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that has been supporting 15-21 charitable agencies over the past few years. In FY2016 we raised almost $70,000 to support local programs such as the Stow Food Pantry, Warm Hearts of Stow, and the Stow Community Blood drive. The programs and agencies that we fund provide a wide variety of help and services that benefit our youngest to oldest residents. Over 93% of our donations go directly to funding local agencies. We need your help. The needs of Stow continue to grow. Many of our agencies have seen the number of people needing help increase. With a single contribution to the Stow Community Chest, you can support a broad range of meaningful services that benefit just about every Stow resident.
