Balkan Beverages Company was founded and registered in 1993 under the name "Florina-Bulgaria". It is one of the leaders in production of fruit juices, nectars and carbonated soft drinks on the Bulgarian market, and continues developing export around the world . For nearly 2 decades, the company's name has stood for quality & healthy products. It markets its own brands, including Florina, Strike, Sollino and Fancy, and produces most of the private label brands offered by local and international store chains operating in Bulgaria. In 2013, the company changed its name to "Balkan Beverages Company" and was aquired by New Europe Special Situations Limited.
