Baldwin Paving continues to be the contractor and material supplier of choice for the Metro Atlanta area. We focus on quality of product, personal integrity and establishing sustainable relationships with our customers and employees. Started in 1979, Ernie Baldwin and John Harrison, Sr. began paving tennis courts, using to their advantage their care in a quality product and their approach with customers. Today the company has grown to include over 500 + employees, 6 asphalt plants in Metro Atlanta, a bridge division, and a solid relationship with the GDOT, municipalities, developers, and general contractors.
