BALANCE is a leading non-profit organization providing financial education and counseling to people throughout the country through partnerships with credit unions, banks, employee assistance programs, and other non-profits. Our mission is to help individuals and families achieve their financial goals through comprehensive financial fitness programs (tools, information, and assistance) in partnership with sponsoring organizations. Whether you need immediate help to pay off debt or you just need guidance in designing a budget or buying a home, we offer a variety of programs and services that put you in control of your financial future. Some of our services include: Financial Coach Hotline, Money Management Counseling, Debt Management Plan, Credit Report Review, Home Purchase Education, Foreclosure Prevention Counseling, Identity Theft Counseling, and Educational Materials. FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS Through our white-label approach, we strengthen your organization by providing you with first-rate financial education and counseling for your members and customers—all under your own brand. YOUTH FINANCIAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS We’re excited to offer two of the most robust youth financial education programs available to credit unions and banks: M3 Money Club® for Kids and Elements of Money® for teens. FINANCIAL WELLNESS FOR EMPLOYEES With our Financial Wellness Program, your employees can access monthly webinars and resources, a digital communications library of insightful content, and BalanceTrack, our turnkey collection of instructional modules, toolkits and calculators.
