We do that by utilizing the 20 years experience I have in public accounting and management of locally owned and operated emerging businesses. My experience is primarily in tax preparation and planning, helping businesses and individuals manage and minimize their annual and long term tax expense. We often work as controller and Chief Financial Officer of these businesses, teaching them how to manage their accounting function so we can work with them on their business, the results of operations and their income tax exposure.
