Currently, Strategic Solutions continues to serve a wide variety of corporate clients with an expanded offering of consulting services in document-centric disciplines including Requirements Analysis, Document Strategies, Document Engineering, Document Systems Strategies, Document Applications Programming, and Project Management. Strategic Solutions, LLC is the natural successor to Strategic Solutions, Inc. (SSI). Strategic Solutions, Inc. was a Sub-S Corporation with stock closely held by seven shareholders. In 1997, to enable the shareholders to liquidate their investments in the company in a straightforward, equitable way, Strategic Solutions, Inc. was dissolved. Then, Strategic Solutions, LLC was formed by the former principals of SSI.
