The Bairs Foundation is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization that helps individuals and their families who are suffering as a result of a catastrophic accident. We provide funding with low, simple interest in the name of the Seventh Amendment, because we believe in fairness. The Bairs Foundation is an advocate for plaintiffs and their families, helping to keep them out of poverty while they go the distance with their lawsuit. We hope our an innovative model for lending not only changes the face of the plaintiff-funding industry, but can be replicated by non-profit organizations in other industries as well.
