The services we provide include the planning, design and preparation of detailed drawings, securing of applicable approvals, preparing tender documents, reviewing submitted tenders, and making recommendations for tender awarding. We provide all contract administration duties required to finalize the project. We also provide the staff to inspect and document the construction and provide as-constructed information.
