As a result we expose people to situations which allow them to thrive and discover more about themselves through our three pillars of: Sports and Physical Activity, Mentoring and Workforce Development, and Community and Placemaking Our Mission: To inspire and empower the most underserved communities, nurturing confidence in their capabilities and recognising their inherent value in the world. Our Vision: Driving societal transformation through the joint strengthening of our communities creating an inclusive and accessible world for all. Our Position: Every voice matters. Every potential shines. Every seat at the table is essential. We do this by creating infrastructural provisions designed to address systemic barriers faced by underserved groups. By facilitating access to essential resources, we aim to equip Black and global majority individuals with the necessary tools, thereby ensuring their equitably able to thrive within their personal journeys.
