Founded by Josh Douglas, Bad Day Inc is built on 12+ years of hands-on experience in global merchandising, development, and operations across apparel and accessories. Josh has led and supported product lines for globally recognized brands including Volcom, RVCA, and Billabong, managing everything from line planning and development through production, logistics, ecommerce operations, and fulfillment. Today, Bad Day Inc partners with emerging and established brands to bring senior-level operational leadership without the overhead of a full-time hire. Engagements often span production coordination, vendor management, margin and cost structure, PLM and Shopify alignment, 3PL workflows, and seasonal execution.
