Backyard Transformations is a family owned corporation originally founded in Tomball, TX. In 1978 the Phillips family founded Phillips General Contracting specializing in both residential and commercial building and remodel. Phillips General Contracting has been responsible for many reputable building projects. Such as building several commercial buildings for Exxon Mobile, the remodel of the Sharpstown Mall and thousands of residential home buildings and remodels. With such a long history of experience, the Phillips family saw a vast need to expand the company to meet the needs of a quickly growing industry for outdoor living spaces. Therefore, Backyard Transformations was formed to meet those needs for both our residential and commercial clients.
