Bache Innovative is a technical and apparel knit developer and producer based in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. With over four generations of knowledge, we are specialists in advanced seamless 3D knitting technology. We operate over 30 Stoll and Shima Seiki flat knitting machines ranging from 1.5 to 15 gauge, powered by 100% photovoltaic energy. In addition to our main facility in Rheinberg, we have a secondary knitting facility in Mönchengladbach, Germany, specialized in automotive and technical production. We also maintain an in-house assembly and finishing department, allowing us to deliver complete, high-quality, market-ready solutions. This integrated setup enables us to offer individual end-to-end solutions in flat knitting. We process a wide range of materials, from natural and synthetic fibres to high-performance materials such as glass fibre and aramid. Our expertise covers a wide range of applications, including automotive, interior, lighting, electronics, apparel, and accessories, as well as research-driven projects. We specialize in creating seamless 3D structures that combine multiple functional properties such as cushioning, strength, breathability, and durability in a single piece.
