BabelusAI Information

AI has made finding suppliers almost free. Getting them to answer has not. Babelus is an engineering-led sourcing firm, AI-native by design, for procurement teams at energy and industrial companies. We get suppliers to the table: RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and the follow-up on orders that keeps projects on schedule. How it works. Your team sends the request by email. Our own agents and desk platform map the market, find the right people inside each supplier and prepare the outreach. Senior category experts do the reaching and sign off on every result. You get live conversations and verified answers back, without logging in to anything. What clients bring us: A supplier list that won't answer. We find the right people and get them to respond. An RFI or RFP that needs more bidders. We run it with you, or build it from the need. A new category or geography with no supplier base. We map the market and bring back the ones that can actually deliver. An urgent question against the clock. Answers in hours, not weeks. Clients include MN8 Energy, Redeia, Grupo Energía Bogotá and National Grid. Recognized as a Gartner® Cool Vendor 2024 in Sourcing and Procurement Technology.
