The Babel concept was born from a desire to pair a premium cocktail and bar offering with a high quality all day menu made up almost exclusively of freshly produced food. The cocktail menu takes inspiration from the different languages of bar tending which is as varied as speech, style and culture. From Tokyo to London to New York and New Orleans, ours is a global approach to cocktail making. We're serving food for the Epicurean; always delicious and sometimes (but never always) indulgent with the freedom to decide how little or how much you would like. Babel is a sleek yet relaxed and informal space, a melting pot for communities to come together and socialise with fresh modern food, great wine and totally unique cocktails.
