Baa Bar has been recognised as a leader in the Northern hospitality industry, over many decades. In Liverpool especially, our venues are institutions of the bar and clubbing landscape and generations of locals are loyal customers.  Each of our sites attract customers from outside of the city and are key players in the visitor economy thanks to our established reputation and central locations.  We currently operate 5 bars/restaurants (4 Liverpool and 1 in Nottingham): Café Tabac – Bold Street, Liverpool – 1974 Baa Bar – Fleet Street, Liverpool –   1991 Modo - Concert Square, Liverpool – 1997 Baa Bar – Goose Street, Nottingham – 2010 Frederiks – Hope Street, Liverpool – 2013 We are proud of our heritage and sustained track record, as a reputable and respected operator and employer, particularly we have pride in our loyal customer base and the people we employ.
