Founded in 1996, BA (previously known as Better Access) is team of technical consultants specialised in Server, storage, cloud, security and network infrastructure. Based on our customer’s needs and our 18+ years of experience we build, monitor and maintain ICT solutions with a high level of Security and Availability. Our mail mission is to provide our customers with Common Sense as a Service in these fields. Our specialties are: INFRASTRUCTURE - everything you need to run your ICT infrastructure on premise, in a datacenter or in the cloud ( Servers, networks, virtualisation, cloud, storage, etc. ) SECURITY & Privacy - helping our customers to face the security challenges they face by implementing and executing ICT policies, audits / tiger team attacks, setting up infrastructure and researching what happened in case of a break in ( forensics ) BUSINESS CONTINUITY & DISASTER RECOVERY - creating solutions to keep essential applications and their data safe and available. LINUX & OPEN SOURCE - we believe open source and standards are an excellent basis to built our work on. We have been using linux since day one and are the oldest Belgian Linux integrator. PROACTIVE MONITORING & TECHNICAL SUPPORT - to keep all this up and running we have permanent monitoring systems and a helpdesk in place to early detect defects before they become critical problems and to limit the impact to an absolute minimum. MACGUVER PROJECTS & TROUBLESHOOTING - technology wise we like to think out of the box and help troubleshoot existing products in our lab and develop new, cutting-edge ideas into working solutions.
