B2CPL provides Logistics and related services for eCommerce and Distant Selling industry in Russia. We focus on B2C Delivery, Warehouse, Fulfillment, Call Center and IT solutions for big and mid-size Online Retailers and Mail Order companies. We offer multi-channel Delivery with CoD (Cash-on-Delivery) option: Courier (80% Russia urban households), Pick-up and domestic Post injection. Our status as Federal Client of the Russian Post provides COD benefits for end-customer, and enhanced postal tracking and notification stream improve delivery rates vs. regular Postal injection. Being not the first alternative delivery service provider in Russia, our strategy was to exceed all existing delivery solutions in service quality, tariffs and flexibility, including the ease of IT integration and service customization for specific needs of online retailers or logistics aggregating agents on one hand and end-customers on the other. As a result of our strategy, we are proud to have the most detailed Track&Trace solution, and minimized Return rates, when compared to other country-wide delivery service providers. For corporate clients who would like to use full-cycle service B2Cpl provides Warehouse and Fulfillment services, including pick&pack, packaging, invoicing and returns processing and refurbishing. We have our own warehouse facilities over 10,000 palettes of storage and up to 30,000 parcels/day fulfillment capacity (this parameter depends on order complexity). In addition, we offer Order processing and Customer Service solutions - our Contact Center may support end-customer communication, helpdesk and hotline, including Call Center (inbound and outbound), SMS and Email communication channels that are integrated with our Fulfillment and Delivery cycle in any details that Online Store or end-customer may imagine.
