b2care is a marketplace for the Support at Home and NDIS sectors, offering ready meals and now continence supplies. b2care grew from personal experience supporting older parents at home, and the frustration of trying to access the services they needed to improve their health outcomes. So we built b2care to make that easier, and started with ….. More meals. More choice. To make it easier for participants to access delicious, affordable and convenient ready meals through their funded supports, while simplifying ordering, invoicing and payment for providers. Through partnerships with leading food brands and retailers, including Coles, Youfoodz and Efoodz, b2care brings together 500+ ready meals. Clients can choose from a wide range of cuisines, meal styles and dietary options, with meals assessed against relevant Australian nutrition guidelines and funding requirements, all in one spot! Clients then order through our simple online shopping site or make phone orders. We now also supply continence products, so participants and providers can access these everyday essentials through the same simple ordering, invoicing and payment process. For eligible participants, we help facilitate the co-payment process where needed, while our technology automates the administration behind the scenes. Our provider portal gives providers a streamlined way to set up clients, track budgets, and manage invoices and supplier information. We already work with 100’s of care providers (and this grows monthly, as news gets out on how good we are), and offer education sessions for care partners and their teams. For our suppliers, b2care offers access to a large eligible audience with no subscription fees or upfront investment, plus Featured Brand Campaigns to showcase your range.
