BJ's Environmental Control Specialists, Inc. is family owned and operated by Bill and Cindy Pace and their son. The business was established in March 1980 and incorporated in the State of Texas in May 1985. We are a member of the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA). From our corporate offices located in Fresno, Texas we service Houston, Harris, Fort Bend, Brazoria, Galveston and Montgomery counties. We dispatch our service trucks via cell phone and offer 24 hour emergency service, and there is never an extra charge for overtime. Our technicians are factory certified and have expertise in Houston air conditioning, heating, refrigeration and ventilation with specialization in commercial and residential design, sales, installation and service. We service all brands of HVAC equipment. Each of our service technicians regularly attends classes sponsored by American Standard and other manufacturers in order to ensure that they are kept up to date with the latest in HVAC technology. Each of our technicians are E.P.A., R.S.E.S & NATE Certified. Handling the recycling of refrigerants in a safe and environmentally friendly fashion. We are Members of the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA), Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce. BJ's Environmental Control Specialists, Inc. is licensed by the State of Texas under License # TACLA000287C and the State of Louisiana under License # 44609 and is fully insured by Frost Insurance. Houston Air Conditioning has been in the commercial construction field for over 30 years specializing in strip centers, high rises, and large commercial building design and installation. A few of our projects include multiple Target stores, Best Buy, HEB, Walgreens, CVS Pharmacy and many more. We have estimators that have been in this field for 30 years. We are distributors for Trane, Carrier, American Standard, Lennox and York.
