AZXnetworks was founded by Mr. Karel Grulich as a direct response to the need for reliable IT solutions and customer service: As the IT Manager/Network Administrator for a Financial Investment Corporation, Mr. Grulich has five years of experience in heading up the IT department and implementing network technologies through all phases of multiple project life spans. Mr. Grulich has successfully built and supported a network for 100+ users in over 10 geographic locations with only one in-house support person. This network has been designed to change from an internal investment reporting model to providing B2B services for clients. Mr. Grulich has designed and provided structure for an IT organization with policies, standards, and documentation, and assembled an IT Team with the focus on LAN Support, Internet and Intranet Development, Help Desk Support, Customer Service, and IT Asset Management. Mr. Grulich has designed and implemented the entire network environment including: server and operating system platforms, remote access server, Domain name server, Exchange server, mail migration and support, cabling, firewall protection, switching, network protocols, application software, virus protection and all related aspects of a LAN environment. In addition, Mr. Grulich has planned, designed, and implemented a data and training center, which supported users in this 20,000-square feet facility. Mr. Grulich's work experiences in multiple countries over the last 20 years also includes employment and contracting work as a project manager, computer consultant, as well as customer support manager. In addition to his professional skills and accomplishments, Mr. Grulich has been certified as MCSE-Microsoft Certified Software Engineer and obtained a Firewall Certificate from WatchGuard Technologies.
