We’re Azuki – a small, senior team that designs and builds bespoke web and mobile software. Yes, we do write code. But more importantly, we help organisations shape ideas, improve existing systems, and build software that fits how their business actually works. Most of our work starts with listening. Before talking about platforms or features, we take time to understand how things run, where things are breaking down, and what needs to improve. We call this Discovery. That understanding shapes everything that follows. We work best with teams who want to get things right, not just get something shipped. That means asking straightforward questions early, being honest when something doesn’t add up, and helping you make good decisions. This helps us avoid problems later. We stay involved beyond the first release, helping software evolve as the business grows – a long-term partnership.
