Azercell Telecom was awarded the Investors In People (IIP) Standard Certificate in 2006. Azercell Telecom met all 12 indicators and recognized as IIP working company which operate in more than 36,000 companies worldwide. In December 2014 Azercell was re-certified against more demading and challenging IIP standards' requirements.
