Azar and Company was founded for the sole purpose of engaging exclusively in commercial and industrial real estate including leasing, sales, property management and development. Our property management division has grown to include different retail, office, industrial and apartment properties. The fact that we have had ongoing Client-Broker management relationships with some of our clients for over 30 years speaks to our integrity and ability to get the job done. Locally owned and managed, our Company is recognized as one of the leading commercial real estate organizations in Atlanta. We have sold, leased, managed and developed over 100 million dollars worth of real estate. The bulk of our leasing and management business is concentrated south of I-20.
