Azal is a mental health program that aims to bridge the huge treatment gap in Pakistan. We plan to do this by raising mental health awareness in schools/colleges and workplaces, reducing existing barriers to seeking treatment and liaising with the primary health care system to make mental health services accessible Our team provides mental health first aid workshops that help people recognize signs and symptoms of mental health issues in themselves and their peers and teach them appropriate methods of intervention to help lead themselves and others to professional platforms to seek help
