Ayla is a UK digital health company delivering the gold standard in evidence-based dementia care. Our product, Ayla, is a Class I UKCA-certified medical device that helps care home and NHS teams deliver Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST), the only non-drug intervention recommended by both NICE and WHO for dementia. We support two groups of residents. For those with a mild-to-moderate dementia diagnosis, our clinical CST programme runs twice-weekly sessions over seven weeks, delivered by staff trained and accredited as Dementia Therapy Facilitators. For residents without a diagnosis, our cognitive wellbeing programme keeps minds active and engaged, delivered by your staff, trained as Certified Wellbeing Leads. Homes that work with Ayla get a partner: ongoing clinical support, a platform that makes every session simple to run and easy to prepare for, and a service built by people who understand dementia care from the inside. The results speak for themselves: 98% of residents maintain or improve cognitive function, 82% maintain or improve mood and wellbeing, and residents rate their experience 9.6 out of 10.
