Axies is an Atria Group company, and part of the CBRE Affiliate Network, providing valuation services. With a full-time staff exceeding 20, and more than seven external associates located throughout the country, it is the largest independent valuation firm operating in Greece. Axies was founded as an independent company in 2003 through the spin-off of Lambert Smith Hampton (Hellas) valuation activities. Axies is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the most widely recognized body of property professionals in the world, and its valuations comply with the guidance notes and practice statements of RICS. The firm is also registered in the Certified Valuers Records of the Greek Ministry of Finance as provided by Law 4152/2013. The valuations compiled by Axies are founded on its professionals’ in-depth knowledge of the local markets. They are performed to international standards with the understanding that surveyors must exercise a high duty of care since the information that they provide often leads to critical business decisions. Among its clients, Axies counts international auditing firms, public sector entities, financial institutions, multinationals and domestic corporates foreign diplomatic missions. The firm has represented clients in American, British and Greek Courts of Law and has prepared reports to be used in the European Court of Human Rights on behalf of private individuals, the Greek Government and the Patriarchate of Constantinople.
