The company was established in order to invest in the Spanish real estate market based on a long-term business plan. Its primary activity is the identification of investment opportunities to be held in its rental portfolio and the acquisition of high-quality properties with excellent upside potential via value-added management, which aims to reposition them in order to guarantee the quality, occupancy and sustainability of the properties.
