Axcelerate is a Danish-international advisory firm working with ERP and digital transformation. The firm is based in Copenhagen and was built on a straightforward idea: when an organisation is about to make decisions it cannot easily undo, it should have someone in the room who has been through it before. Every engagement is led by a partner, by someone who has run programmes of this size and knows where they tend to come apart. We take on a limited number of assignments at a time, so the person you meet at the first meeting is the person who does the work. Some assignments I handle on my own. Others I take on together with senior advisors I have known and worked with for years, chosen for what they have delivered before and for how they behave when a programme is under pressure. Advice is our only product. That keeps our recommendations answerable to one interest, which is yours.
