Our experience with multiple CPG companies and Fortune 500 manufacturers combined with our mechatronics process engineering skills provides our clients with a significant advantage. Typically, we prototype and/or simulate (prove) new processes prior to any implementation. We offer a variety of “build paths” for cost containment and cost efficiencies, frequently partnering with large integrators to exclusively handle unique, custom-designed tooling and fixtures. We are also the inventor and manufacturer of the Axatrax VPN and IIoT. This appliance remotely interfaces (nearly instantly) with any Yaskawa Motoman robot in a manufacturing environment. It is also capable of remotely informing when there is an issue with the robot. This enables us to assist clients immediately with trouble-shooting and software tweaks for new installations and supplied robotic processes.
