Our story dates back to 1992, when our founder and current president, David Walker, established Pavecon in Dallas, Texas. Over time, Pavecon expanded into three distinct divisions: Pavecon LTD, Pavecon Public Works and Pavecon Commercial Concrete. Pavecon Public Works provides parking lot paving, street paving and highway construction for public and private projects in the state of Texas, including TxDOT projects. Pavecon Commercial Concrete designs and builds large-scale concrete buildings in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
