avra Information

We created avra with one goal - to empower growth stage founders with the right foundation required to scale their company post Series A. Our mission is to help great founders become exceptional CEOs. avra runs a 2-month program twice a year. Each week, we cover a different company-building topic, ranging from hiring and managing leaders, shipping fast as you scale and drive clarity on the event path to becoming a public company one day. 75+ companies have participated so far across 6 batches. We admit ~10-12 companies per batch, keeping cohorts small so every session can be tailored to each founder. Each session is taught by world-class CEOs and executives running the world's best companies. These experienced leaders provide tactical advice and solutions to founders from their own experiences in scaling their companies. We share our own perspectives based on our experience of working with over 100 growth-stage companies in the last 10+ years. All sessions are closed-door and private. The program is invite-only.
