After conducting a survey in which we asked Managers from a variety of backgrounds "What is the best way to hire people?" the overwhelming majority responded with "Referrals". The science backs this up, on average: Referred employees start working 10 days earlier than counterparts from job boards or recruiters. 46% of Referred employees stay at their companies for over a year, compared to only 22% of job board applicants. 90% of Managers rate Referred employees as their first choice of quality hires.
