We are sales and property management specialists, but with a concept unlike a 'traditional' estate agent... We know our industry doesn't have a fantastic reputation, and we want to change that. Although there are some great estate agents in the UK, typically the public don't get value for money with estate agency services. Technology around the world has evolved drastically but our industry doesn't seem moved on at the same rate. Our video & digital-based marketing means we can target tenants and buyers in a way that Rightmove or Zoopla can't. We identify those buyers and tenants that are actively searching for property and through our in-house videography, market every single property in the way a property should be marketed in the modern age. We have spent years learning from marketing companies outside of our industry and we aim to bring new techniques to estate agency that can drastically increase the chances of our clients finding a buyer or tenant.
