The Mission of the Academy As a company we believe that the partnership between salons and spas, and us does not end with the first sale but is an on-going process of coaching and education that builds success. The Aviva Labs Health & Wellness Academy offers an ongoing curriculum of courses that encompass the entire scope of our industry, from business building, retailing & merchandising, waxing, esthetics, etc. It will be a base where collaborators, evangelists and other Aviva Labs community members can congregate to share ideas, seek guidance, learn business-building strategies, as well as, hone vital industry skills. Our courses range from products and technique to sales, marketing, and business. Our immense database of experience, best practices, tips & techniques, and sales & business coaching will dramatically improve your success.
