Avillia Developments Information

At Avillia, we work to create developments that we would be proud to live, work and vacation in. We work to deliver family-oriented places with a sense of community through collaboration, creativity, innovation and quality design. Avillia Developments was incorporated in 2005, however, the Principal, Patrick Shaver has been involved in private land development since 1988. Avillia has several projects in the City of Edmonton as well as in the Edmonton Capital region including Sherwood Park, Leduc, Beaumont, and Spruce Grove. Recently, we have expanded into British Columbia’s North Okanagan region. What drives us is a passion for developing functional, beautiful and diverse environments for people to live, work and relax. Our primary business is the development of communities; however, we also provide consulting and advisory services to others in the development industry such as banks, municipalities and other land developers
