We are an Irish company with international expertise in all aspects of aviation personnel services, in particular, pilot, air traffic controller, cabin crew and apprentices screening and selection. Our team of experts have decades of experience in implementing selection systems and developing psychometric tests across a number of industries, through our sister company Occupational Testing Limited (OTL) in the UK. ASC's online personality profiling products 'Aviator' and 'Prospect' provide recruitment decision-making support within both the aviation and oil and gas industries. ASC provides consulting services in all aspects of aviation screening and selection. We also offer short training courses on competency based interviewing skills for the aviation industry. For new airlines or Flight Training Organisations that do not have a pilot selection system, we can develop a quality cost-effective system for you in line with 'best practice'. ASC can review your existing selection process and make recommendations ensuring your organisation operates the optimum quality selection system cost-effectively. ASC can provide online psychometric testing, psychomotor testing, teams of experienced competency based interviewers using our remote system or alternatively on site at your facility. We can cater for large scale aptitude testing sessions. Additionally we offer a number of short courses and workshops for human resource professionals and flight operations personnel involved in recruitment and selection.
