Avertto is stopping strokes before they start. Up to 17% of strokes happen inside hospitals — in sedated, sleeping, or confused patients where no one can see the warning signs. By the time it's caught on rounds, clinical recognition typically takes 2–5 days. AMIT301, our FDA Class I registered bedside monitor, catches the same event in the vascular phase — 30 to 60 minutes before it becomes a neurological one — while the patient is still treatable. In a blinded, multi-center clinical trial published in Stroke (2026), AMIT301 detected 100% of strokes in the study cohort. At roughly $1,500 per patient monitored, the return to a hospital is 27x: a missed stroke can cost $140K–750K in downstream care, and recent malpractice verdicts for missed in-hospital stroke have reached $40M–75M.
