Avenston is a Strategic and Operating Partner in Ukraine for international and domestic renewable energy companies, investors and developers. We partner to create and develop renewable energy businesses and projects in Ukraine, with interests aligned around the long-term outcome. Depending on the objectives and structure of each partnership, our role can include co-development, project execution, investment structuring, joint ventures (JV), co-investment and long-term asset management. We do not offer predefined services. We adapt our role to the needs of each partnership, taking responsibility for the areas where our local knowledge, entrepreneurial approach and practical execution capability can create the greatest value. Our approach is built on aligned interests, long-term commitment and shared value creation. We work alongside our partners as an entrepreneurial and operating partner rather than simply as an external service provider. Since 2018, Avenston has built a proven track record in Solar PV project development and delivery across Ukraine, with total portfolio involvement — that historically spanned consulting, engineering, turnkey EPC, and O&M — exceeding 450 MW, including direct participation in the delivery of over 50 MW of built solar projects, giving us a practical understanding of Ukraine's renewable energy market. Today, our strategic focus is Renewable Energy in Ukraine, building on our Solar PV track record and expanding into utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and other energy infrastructure opportunities supporting Ukraine's energy transition. We work with international developers, independent power producers (IPPs), investors, infrastructure funds, and renewable energy companies seeking to develop, invest in, or operate renewable energy projects and assets in Ukraine.
