Avenston is an Operating Partner for international renewable energy companies entering or expanding in Ukraine. We combine local market knowledge, practical execution capability and long-term commitment to help our partners establish, develop and grow successful renewable energy businesses and projects. Since 2018, Avenston has participated in the development, engineering, construction and operation of industrial-scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) projects across Ukraine. This hands-on experience covers the entire project lifecycle—from early-stage development and engineering to project delivery, operations and investment support—providing us with a practical understanding of Ukraine's renewable energy market. Today, we work alongside international developers, independent power producers (IPPs), investors and technology companies expanding their presence in Ukraine. Depending on each partnership, we help structure market entry, support project development, coordinate local execution and build long-term operating capabilities. Rather than offering predefined services, we adapt our role to the specific objectives of each partner and project. Alongside developing our own industrial-scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) projects, we continue to build long-term partnerships across renewable energy and emerging clean energy technologies, supporting Ukraine's energy transition and the growth of a resilient low-carbon economy.
